Q: How do I become an ITC50 Online Travel Club Member?
A: When enrolling online, choose the ITC50 Membership which best suits your travel needs, either Silver or Platinum membership, and click the Join Now button. Then, simply complete the enrollment form, using a valid credit card number and submit. Q: How soon does my Membership become active?

A: Your ITC50 Online Membership becomes effective immediately after you have properly submitted the online enrollment form. You may then begin using your ITC50 Online benefits such as searching our online directory. To receive hotel discounts, you will need your ITC50 Online Membership Card. Q: How do I print my temporary ITC50 Online Membership Card?
A: After you join ITC50 Online, you will be able to print your temporary membership card. If you choose not to print your card at the time of initial sign-up, you can always access your temporary membership card under Membership Maintenance. BACK TO TOP
Q: Why do I need my ITC50 Online Membership Card?
A: To receive your 50% discount you must present your ITC50 Online Membership Card, displaying the ITC50 logo, when you check in at a hotel, motel or resort. Your ITC50 Membership Card is used for identification purposes only. It is not a credit card, nor a charge card, and may not be used as a method of payment. BACK TO TOP
Q: When will I receive my ITC50 Online Membership Card?
A: Your membership card will be included in the enrollment kit which will be mailed to you 2-3 weeks after becoming an ITC50 Online Member. Your many ITC50 Online benefits will be immediately available to you upon logging in as a valid Member. You may use your temporary ITC50 Online Membership Card until your enrollment kit arrives. Q: What if I lose my ITC50 Online Membership Card?
A: Should you lose your membership card, a new ITC50 Online Membership Card can be issued for you. Send an e-mail to customerservice@itc50online.com or call Customer Service. You will not experience a lapse in availability to benefits, since you can print a temporary ITC50 Online membership card until you receive your new card in the mail. Q: What is the 30-day risk free offer associated with ITC50 Online?
A: ITC50 Online is offering a 30 day, risk-free guarantee to all ITC50 Online Members. When you sign up for a Silver or Platinum Membership with the ITC50 Online Travel Club, you will be billed at the time of registering. If at any time during the first thirty days of membership you are unsatisfied with your membership, you can call our customer service number and receive a full refund for the charges incurred during that month. A: We welcome your suggestions for hotels, motels and resorts that you would like to see become ITC50 participants. Please complete the Recommend a Hotel form found on the Hotel Results page. BACK TO TOP
Q: How do I contact a hotel to make a reservation?
A: You must contact the hotel directly, using the phone number provided in the online hotel directory, in order to make a reservation. Do not call a chain's toll-free central reservations office or a travel agency to arrange your half price accommodations. BACK TO TOP
Q: What if I lose my ITC50 Hotel Directory?
A: ITC50 Online Members always have the ability to search the ITC50 Online Hotel Directory for a hotel, motel or resort. At your request, we will send you a new, printed copy of the ITC50 Hotel Directory. Send an e-mail to customerservice@itc50online.com or call Customer Service requesting a new ITC50 Hotel Directory. Benefits and Usage

Q: How do I receive my cash back rebates?

A: Cash back rebates are only available to ITC50 Online Platinum Members. You must make all reservations through the Travel Reservations Center, at least 7 days in advance for all airline and 5 days in advance for car and hotel to receive the applicable "cash back". Confirmation will be sent directly to you - you cannot purchase tickets at the airport. Keep a copy of your receipt and itinerary and mail these to ITC50 Online Travel Club. After your cash back request is received, we will mail you a check reflecting a 5% rebate for airfare, cruises and/or vacation packages or a 10% rebate on your room rate at hotels. This benefit cannot be used in conjunction with ITC50 benefits, such as the 50% off on hotels or the ITC50 discount on car rentals. Any questions regarding the rebates can be answered by sending an e-mail to customerservice@itc50online.com or calling the toll-free number. BACK TO TOP
Q: How many people can take advantage of my ITC50 Online Membership?
A: ITC50 Online Memberships are valid for one or two persons sharing the same room. Additional persons in the same room may be required to pay the hotel/motel's normal extra-person charge (children stay free, however, if that is the hotel/motel's usual policy). BACK TO TOP
Q: Can I reserve a room for someone else using my membership card?
A: No. The 50% discount only applies to the cardholder. Your ITC50 Membership Card displays the cardholder's name and you may be asked for additional identification by the hotel, motel or resort when checking in. BACK TO TOP
Q: Can I reserve multiple rooms using my membership card?
A: Some hotels limit the number of guests sharing one room, and large families may require two rooms. Hotels reserve the right to allow the use of only one Membership, and therefore only one discounted room per family, per stay. BACK TO TOP
Q: Can an ITC50 Online membership be issued in a company name?
A: No. ITC50 Online memberships are issued in the individual's name only. BACK TO TOP
Q: How much advance notice is required when making reservations to receive my discount?
A: ITC50 reservations should be made within 30 days of your arrival date. BACK TO TOP
Q: Will I be guaranteed a discounted room at all hotels in the Directory year-round?
A: Unless otherwise specified, the ITC50 Membership Card is valid seven days a week, all year round, subject to discount room availability. Check ITC50 Directory listings for pertinent information before making your reservations. Some hotels limit the number of rooms available for discount sales and stop accepting discount reservations when they reach a specific level of occupancy (% varies with individual hotel).
